PhysiotherapyDo you suffer from any of the following problems?

  • Spinal pain, Whiplash, referred leg or arm symptoms?
  • Headaches, Postural or Work Related problems?
  • Sports Injuries, muscle strains, tendon or ligament sprains?
  • Frozen Shoulder, Tennis Elbow, joint pain or repetitive injuries?
  • Biomechanical or running problems?

These may be as a result of a sports injury, accident, postural problem, repetitive strain injury or after surgery. A well-trained Chartered Physiotherapist can usually help alleviate the problem and get you back to health quickly and make it less likely that the problem will reoccur.

Our manual therapists will assess, diagnose and clinically reason what’s causing the problem. Then they’ll use their skills to work on releasing any tension in the muscles and joints relevant to causing your problem, using joint & soft tissue techniques. In addition they may use electrotherapy, acupuncture and taping.

Once the pain is less and movement is better it is important at this stage in rehabilitation to build strength, restore control and work on correcting posture to return to specific sport or optimum function.

This treatment approach has been developed from Ann-Marie’s extensive postgraduate education, her 13 years of clinical experience and working with Elite Athletes including: Football with QPR Academy, Marathon Runners and the England Amateur Boxing Squad (ABAE).
